hey, thank you so much for all your positivity friend, ive always appreciated u

i cant really say im doing terrible or great because im kind of doing both in equal measure
but i am still very much making things
and overall taking it a lot easier than i used to
i guess the one good outcome is that i can breathe and think a lot clearer again
and weekly therapy meetings help other things
I guess we'll see where that continues
